With over decade of Real Estate experience, Jayden comes with a world of knowledge in Property Management and Sales.

Building relationships with both Owners and Renters alike is an important part of his work. His determination and hardworking attitude make overcoming any challenge achievable and rewarding.

Ebony Ludlow
A driven and dedicated Property Executive, Ebony possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a talent for problem-solving. Her landlords experience a great level of care and diligence regarding their investment while tenants enjoy a positive relationship where issues are resolved with a minimum of fuss.
Ebony is currently working towards the completion of her bachelor’s degree and completing further study towards her Real Estate licence.
In her spare time, Ebony enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.

Shaun Kali
Shaun has been working in the real estate industry for the last nine years.
Prior to that, Shaun has vast experience in product development and finance sectors where he developed skills in providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
These skills enable Shaun to provide outstanding service and advice to all his clients in every aspect of his role.
In his free time Shaun loves going for a walk with his dog, travel and gardening.

TRUST ACCOUNTANT
Liana Zhang
Liana brings with her over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of accounting. As our Trust Accountant, Liana enjoys working with landlords and tenants to ensure property transactions are handled in a professional manner.
Liana demonstrates a clear understanding of our team and clients’ needs, complemented by her proficiency in both Chinese and English.
In her spare time, Liana enjoys spending time with her family, travel and catching up with friends.

Paul Rawadi
Paul is a man of many talents. As a Property Executive, his priority is communication with all of his clients and ensuring a quick turnaround between tenants to minimise stress for his landlords. As an investor himself, he understands rental providers appreciate efficiency in managing their properties.
Paul works at our Rusden House office and always goes the extra mile for his clients and tenants.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors with his family and their dog, Taco.

Vanesschka Seevathean
Vanesschka is one of our lovely Property Executives at Rusden House. She joined Harris Leech in 2019 in our St Kilda office and in 2021 she moved to the Rusden office where she looks after our Notting Hill properties on a part time basis.
With over 8 years’ experience in property management, Vanesschka provides an honest approach and focuses on providing the highest quality service to her clients. She values good teamwork and is always happy to help.
Family is an essential part of her life and outside the office Vanesschka loves spending time with her family and friends. Vanesschka also enjoys gardening and a good movie.
